Tonight while Jonathan and I were preparing to play his favorite game of Restaurant (basically we prepare dinner and then Jonathan sets the table, makes a menu, and acts as waiter)Spencer decided to climb on the table. Almost as soon as he had gotten on the table was he down again. Ker plunk! Yes, he had fallen. And as only little boys can, he cut the back of his head at the same time he cut the front of his mouth on the inside. Very soon after that I was on the phone with my personal mouth-surgeon (Thanks Jon!) Gratefully, Spencer is going to be just fine. Here is a little video we took about a half-hour after the event. That half-hour was spent stopping the bleeding, icing things, and attempting to get the little boy to smile. If you don't like owies, then you don't have to watch.

That's incredible!! Did you figure out what he hit everything on? Was the back of the head from the table? You have got your hands full with that one! BUt he has the most infectious smile out of anyone I know. He's so stinkin' cute, and definitely resilient.
